释义	法律分析: 租赁合同总租赁期间是否包括免租期，当事人可以根据合同约定进行核实确定。但如果当事人没有对免租期进行约定的，对于承租人的承租期限以租赁合同约定的期限为准。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零八条出租人应当按照约定将租赁物交付承租人，并在租赁期限内保持租赁物符合约定的用途。第七百零九条承租人应当按照约定的方法使用租赁物。对租赁物的使用方法没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，应当根据租赁物的性质使用。
