释义	卖减肥药严重的会判刑，构成生产、销售劣药罪。生产、销售劣药，对人体健康造成严重危害的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百四十二条生产、销售劣药，对人体健康造成严重危害的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；后果特别严重的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产。药品使用单位的人员明知是劣药而提供给他人使用的，依照前款的规定处罚。本条所称劣药，是指依照《中华人民共和国药品管理法》的规定属于劣药的药品。
