户口簿户主去世,新户主是谁？
释义
法律分析：
1、由同一户口本上其他家庭成员，持原户主的死亡、火化证明、户口本到户籍所在地派出所办理户籍注销。
2、原户主户籍注销后，可以由同一户口本上其他家庭成员推选新的户主。
3、然后由新户主持本人身份证、户口本和本户内成年人员以及房屋产权人协商一致的书面意见申请变更户主家庭。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》 第十七条 户口登记的内容需要变更或者更正的时候，由户主或者本人向户口登记机关申报；户口登记机关审查属实后予以变更或者更正。
