释义
法律分析:
合理的,公司工作日安排劳动者延长工作时间或者法定假日安排劳动者工作的,应当分别按照工资的150%和300%发给加班工资,休息日安排劳动者上班的,应当补休,不能补休的按工资200%发给加班工资。
法律依据:
《国务院关于职工工作时间的规定》 第四条 在特殊条件下从事劳动和有特殊情况,需要适当缩短工作时间的,按照国家有关规定执行。
