释义	法律分析：我国禁止卖淫嫖娼,但是还是会有人因为追求快感而选择去嫖娼,因嫖娼被治安处罚的人并不少,但还是很多人前仆后继,一时侥幸并不代表时时幸运,嫖娼被抓是需要拘留处罚款的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
