释义	法律分析：倒签劳动合同，即劳动者与用人单位事后补签劳动合同，将合同期限往前移，同时将签订日期写成劳动关系建立之初的时间。如果倒签是在平等自愿、协商一致的基础上达成的共识，只要不违反法律、法规的规定，就符合民法关于当事人意思自治的原则，就是有效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第八十二条规定用人单位自用工之日起超过一个月不满一年未与劳动者订立书面劳动合同的，应当向劳动者每月支付二倍工资。
