释义	法律分析：承诺书，如果是单方设定义务的，义务负担者必须签字(法人或组织则应盖章)。承诺相对人是单纯权利享有者的，权利享有者不签字不影响承诺的效力。比如遗嘱的设立，继承人不必须知道或者签字。比如悬赏广告，领赏的人也没有签字。比如单方权利的让与，权利受让人不必须签字，但是权利让与应当告知义务人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十九条承诺是受要约人同意要约的意思表示。第四百八十条承诺应当以通知的方式作出；但是，根据交易习惯或者要约表明可以通过行为作出承诺的除外。
