释义	不用。我国目前还没有开征遗产税，继承银行里父母的存款，当然不用交税。但是如果是法定继承人，即配偶、子女、父母、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母等继承人，不用交契税；对于非法定继承人，根据遗嘱承受死者生前的土地房屋权属的，则属于赠与行为，应征收契税。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国商业银行法》第二十九条商业银行办理个人储蓄存款业务，应当遵循存款自愿、取款自由、存款有息、为存款人保密的原则。对个人储蓄存款，商业银行有权拒绝任何单位或者个人查询、冻结、扣划，但法律另有规定的除外。
