释义	法律分析：不追认无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》1、根据民法典规定未经依法追认的效力待定合同，当然无效。经依法确认后，该合同有效。拒绝追认的，合同无效。2、相对人可以催告法定代理人，在一个月内予以追认，法定代理人或被代理人未做表示的，视为拒绝追认。合同被追认之前，善意相对人有撤销的权利，撤销应当以通知的方式作出。
