释义	法律分析：两罚制，是指对法人犯罪既处罚法人中的自然人，同时也处罚法人。对法人中有责任的自然人的处罚，既可以判处执行自由刑，也可以判决执行其他刑罚。对法人的处罚，一般仅限于财产刑。对法人犯罪中直接责任人员判处刑罚，实质上是让他们承担连带的刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三十一条单位犯罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员判处刑罚。本法分则和其他法律另有规定的，依照规定。
