释义	犯本罪的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制;情节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。窝藏、转移、隐瞒毒品的犯罪分子主要为毒品罪犯窝藏、转移、隐瞒毒品，当然必须先有非法持有毒品的行为，对此，如窝藏、转移、隐瞒毒品犯罪人持有的毒品数量达到追究非法持有毒品罪数量的，应以非法持有毒品罪处罚、未达到数量的，可认定为本罪。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百四十九条
