重婚罪的起诉方式：依据我国相关法律的规定，重婚罪是刑法中的自诉案件，法院对自诉案件秉承不告不理原则，也就是说当发现一方触犯了重婚罪时，另一方需要自己去法院起诉，法院才会受理，而不是像其他公诉案件一样司法机关会直接介入。因此，当遭遇重婚时，权利受损的一方需要去法院提起自诉。
