释义	谅解书必有一个主要家属签字即可，或当事人委托的代理人签字应该就可以了。不需要其他人都签字的。法院不制作叫谅解书的法律文书，法院认可双方当事人达成的调解协议，也认可双方在法院主持下达成的调解笔录。民事案件法院都要主持调解，调解达成和解协议，能即时履行的，法院制作调解笔录双方当事人签字后就生效了，不再制作调解书。当事人虽然达成了和解协议，但不能当庭即时履行，法院将制作调解书向双方当事人送达，调解经双方当事人签字之后即具有法律效力。
