释义	法律分析：不违法，劳动者在符合法定条件的情况下，可以自动离职。即试用期内的，提前三天通知用人单位，到期后可自动离职；超过试用期的，提前三十天通知用人单位，到期后可自动离职。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
