释义	法律分析：它是记录劳动者的月收入分项和收入总额。工资条是员工所在单位定期给员工反映工资的纸条，但并不是所有单位都给员工工资条，有的单位会将工资的各项明细表发给员工，但是有的单位是没有的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国工资支付暂行规定》第六条用人单位可以委托银行代发工资。用人单位必须书面记录支付劳动者工资的数额、时间、领取者的姓名以及签字，并保存两年以上备查。用人单位支付工资时应向劳动者提供一份其个人的工资清单。
