养小三是属于犯法么
释义
养小三不犯法，但是也不合法。但是如果是和小三领取了结婚证或者以夫妻名义共同生活的，就犯法，构成重婚罪。只有经过合法婚姻登记的夫妻之间才是合法的抚养相对人。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百五十八条 有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
