释义	法律分析：我国法律规定，二审判决是生效判决，但是并没有明确具体的生效时间。对于一审，通常是从判决送达的那天起，十五天里为上诉期，而过了十五天没有上诉的判决就开始生效了。但是二审判决作为终审的判决，并不会有上诉期，二审判决什么时候生效没有明文规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百七十六条人民法院审理对判决的上诉案件，应当在第二审立案之日起三个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准。人民法院审理对裁定的上诉案件，应当在第二审立案之日起三十日内作出终审裁定。
