释义	法律分析：取保候审对担保人的影响比较大,因为取保候审担保人要监督取保候审人员按照规定来执行,取保候审人员有违反法律规定的行为,对保证人处以罚款,构成犯罪的,依法追究刑事责任。但是债务关系是和取保候审保证人是没有关系的。如果担保人和本案有牵连,是不能作为担保人的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十八条人民法院、人民检察院和公安机关决定对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人取保候审，应当责令犯罪嫌疑人、被告人提出保证人或者交纳保证金。
