释义	永久记入，国家行政机关处分工作人员纪律处分，经决定或者批准生效后，应该书面通知受处分人，并且记入本人档案。依据《国务院关于国家行政机关工作人员的奖惩暂行规定》第十一条，国家行政机关处分工作人员，应该对其所犯错误的事实认真进行调查对证，并且经过一定会议讨论，作出书面结论。在讨论的时候，除了特殊情形以外，应该通知受处分人出席申述意见。纪律处分经决定或者批准生效后，应该书面通知受处分人，并且记入本人档案。
