释义	法律分析: 信用卡呆账是因为逾期时间太长，银行催收无果形成的欠款。呆账不是说该笔欠款不用还款了，持卡人的欠款仍然会被追加罚息，该偿还的所有欠款必须要还清。如果不及时偿还，银行就会向法院提起诉讼，借款人一旦败诉，个人名下的财产就会被冻结，然后在法庭监督下进行拍卖，将拍卖所得还给银行。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十一条贷款人未按照约定的日期、数额提供借款，造成借款人损失的，应当赔偿损失。借款人未按照约定的日期、数额收取借款的，应当按照约定的日期、数额支付利息。
