释义	法律分析：不需要承担法律责任，不会被处罚。我国法律上并没有假离婚的说法。离婚的方式只有两种：一是协议离婚，到婚姻登记处办理;二是诉讼离婚，到法院按法律程序处理。一旦婚姻关系依法解除，则法律上与真离婚产生一样的法律效果。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十八条婚姻登记机关查明双方确实是自愿离婚，并已经对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的，予以登记，发给离婚证。
