释义	法律分析：商标公告，是指国家工商行政管理总局对商标注册、变更、转让、许可、撤销等内容向社会公布的专业性公告，是有关商标注册和商标专用权益的公开行政通知，是商标工作中的一个法定程序。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第二十八条对申请注册的商标，商标局应当自收到商标注册申请文件之日起九个月审查完毕，符合本法有关规定的，予以初步审定公告。
