释义	根据公安部门的规定，应注销多余的户口，一般按照户口登记时间先后顺序，注销其后登记的重复户口。《公安机关户籍身份信息核查工作规范》：1、对历史政策原因造成一人多户，出生日期不一致的，分类处理；2、核查对象拒不配合实情调查或无法联系的，在派出所民警认真调查并出具入户调查报告的基础上，保留有婚姻登记和单位或先申领居民身份证的户口，注销另一方未发现有违法行为的户口。核查对象事后对处理结果持异议的，可出具相关材料申请恢复其合法真实、社会认同度高的户口，注销另一个户口。
