释义	特殊工种的范围由各行业主管部门或劳动部门确定。特殊工种并不是一个正式的概念，只是约定俗成的叫法。原国家劳动部把从事井下、高空、高温、特重体力劳动和有毒有害的工种定为特殊工种。【法律依据】《劳动法》第六十四条不得安排未成年工从事矿山井下、有毒有害、国家规定的第四级体力劳动强度的劳动和其他禁忌从事的劳动。《劳动法》第六十条不得安排女职工在经期从事高处、低温、冷水作业和国家规定的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动。
