释义	法律分析：未按时交纳专利年费而终止专利权的，应该自收到通知两个月内提出恢复申请。也就是说专利权恢复期限为自收到专利终止通知后的两个月。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第四十四条有下列情形之一的，专利权在期限届满前终止：(一)没有按照规定缴纳年费的;(二)专利权人以书面声明放弃其专利权的。专利权在期限届满前终止的，由国务院专利行政部门登记和公告。
