释义	违章行不为可以撤销。但如果属于同一时间、地点重复计算的违章行为可以予以撤销。因为根据行政处罚法的规定，行政处罚主体不得对当事人的同一违章行为，作出两次行政处罚决定。法律依据：《道路交通安全法》第三十八条车辆、行人应当按照交通信号通行；遇有交通警察现场指挥时，应当按照交通警察的指挥通行；在没有交通信号的道路上，应当在确保安全、畅通的原则下通行。《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第二十四条对当事人的同一个违法行为，不得给予两次以上罚款的行政处罚。
