释义	高利贷是指高额利息的贷款。一般是指年利率超过百分之三十六。如果没有找正规的民间借贷借款，就可能属于高利贷。如果当事人愿意支付民间借贷的高额利息，法院是会应予支持的。在我国，如果利息超过银行同种业务的四倍，是不受法律保护的。如果当事人上诉，一般法院是不会受理的，由双方协商解决。【本文关联的相关法律依据】根据《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷若干意见及司法解释》中规定，民间借贷利息可高于银行利率，但最高不得超过银行同期同种贷款利率的四倍（不含浮动利率，包含利率本数),超出部分不受法律保护。
