婚假能分开请吗？

法律分析：
婚假是不可以分开休的。我国相关法律规定婚假是连续的而且含有双休及法定节假日。若是需要分段休假，则需和单位请示批准。国家规定，按法定结婚年龄即女性20周岁，男性22周岁结婚的，可以享受三天的婚假；结婚的时候，男女双方不在一地工作的，可视为路程远近，另给予路程假；在探亲假期间结婚的，是不另给假期的；婚假包含公休假和法定假。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十一条 劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
