释义	租房子还没住没合同可以与房东协商退租，房东拒绝提供合同租客仍进行入住的视为不定期租赁，双方可以随时解除房屋租赁合同。租赁期间内，承租人应当依照口头约定按时缴纳房租。法律依据：《民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。第七百零七条租赁期限六个月以上的，应当采用书面形式。当事人未采用书面形式，无法确定租赁期限的，视为不定期租赁。
