法律分析：建筑垃圾处置收费标准
一、建筑垃圾处理费为经营服务性收费，实行政府定价管理。
二、建筑垃圾处理费标准分别按新建、装修、拆除的建筑面积每平方米1.7元(不含垃圾运输费)收取;公益事业工程、市政工程和经济适用住房工程减半收取。
三、收费单位应到物价部门办理《收费许可》手续，亮证收费，并按规定做好价格公示工作，接受社会监督。鉴于目前收费主体为市城建部门所设置的管理机构实际，使用财政统一票据，实行收支两条线管理。
