释义	法律分析：上诉期最后一天如果是法定节假日的，上诉期向后顺延至正常上班日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百零三条期间以时、日、月计算。期间开始的时和日不算在期间以内。法定期间不包括路途上的时间。上诉状或者其他文件在期满前已经交邮的，不算过期。期间的最后一日为节假日的，以节假日后的第一日为期满日期，但犯罪嫌疑人、被告人或者罪犯在押期间，应当至期满之日为止，不得因节假日而延长。
