释义	法律分析：提前还贷的利息可按照实际借款的期间计算。但如果与银行之间有约定，就要按约定来履行了。也就是说，提前还贷，银行跟借款人约定需要收取违约金，法律上是允许的。部分提前还贷的贷款者，可以选择两种方式：一是减少每月还款额，还款期限不变；另一种是缩短还款期限,每月还款额不变。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百三十条债权人可以拒绝债务人提前履行债务，但是提前履行不损害债权人利益的除外。债务人提前履行债务给债权人增加的费用，由债务人负担。
