释义	春节的法定放假三天。依照我国《劳动法》的规定，春节放假3天，即农历正月初一、初二、初三。用人单位在春节期间应当依法安排劳动者休假，国家法定春节休息3天，但用人单位可根据实际情况予以增加放假天数。根据我国相关法律的规定，有下列情形之一的，用人单位应当按照下列标准支付高于劳动者正常工作时间工资的工资报酬：法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资的百分之三百的工资报酬。
