释义	原则上来说，孩子应以本人的户口所在地为准，就近入学，如果当事人的子女需要转学籍借读的，必须事先咨询对口学校的负责人或者当地的教育主管部门负责人是否同意接收，同意接收的话，可以带上身份证、含双方户籍的户口本、孩子的《出生医学证明》、转学籍申请书等资料。法律依据：《中小学生学籍管理办法》第十三条规定，学生学籍信息发生变化，学籍进行转接或学生毕业（结业、肄业）时，学校应及时维护电子学籍系统中的有关信息，并将证明材料归入学生学籍档案。学籍主管部门应及时对学生学籍变动信息进行更新。
