释义	律师分析：未经同意私自将别人照片发布网络或者传媒是违法的，发布裸照对他人构成名誉侵害的，当事人可依法追究刑事责任。将裸照大量传播，比如放在微博上、QQ空间里、论坛里，向公众扩散，或是散播给当事人的家人、朋友，给当事人的生活造成严重影响的，则构成侮辱罪。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十六条以暴力或者其他方法公然侮辱他人或者捏造事实诽谤他人，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。前款罪，告诉的才处理，但是严重危害社会秩序和国家利益的除外。
