何为黑白合同
释义
法律分析：指合同当事人就同一事项订立两份以上的内容不相同的合同，一份对内，一份对外，其中对外的一份并不是双方真实意思表示，而是以逃避国家税收等为目的；对内的一份则是双方真实意思表示，可以是书面或口头。黑白合同是一种违法行为。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
