释义	只要粮食收购者具有收购、仓储和销售能力，依法进行工商登记，在经营活动中遵纪守法，不存在违法的问题。但是如果私人收购粮食超出部分粮食价值1至5倍的，工商行政管理部门会取消私人粮食收购资格。法律依据《粮食流通管理条例》第五条，粮食经营活动应当遵循自愿、公平、诚信的原则，不得损害粮食生产者、消费者的合法权益，不得损害国家利益和社会公共利益，并采取有效措施，防止和减少粮食损失浪费。
