释义	法律分析：不是重大刑事案件。重大刑事案件，指恶劣的恶性刑事治安案件、涉黑涉恶犯罪案件、群死群伤恶性治安事件、群体性事件、监管羁押场所异常案事件。虽然重大责任事故罪造成了重大的危害后果，但不能因此就认定此为重大刑事案件。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十四条在生产、作业中违反有关安全管理的规定，因而发生重大伤亡事故或者造成其他严重后果的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役;情节特别恶劣的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
