释义	法律分析：法院判拘役，看守所以不能自理拒收，可以监外执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百五十四条对被判处有期徒刑或者拘役的罪犯，有下列情形之一的，可以暂予监外执行： (一)有严重疾病需要保外就医的； (二)怀孕或者正在哺乳自己婴儿的妇女； (三)生活不能自理，适用暂予监外执行不致危害社会的。对被判处无期徒刑的罪犯，有前款第二项规定情形的，可以暂予监外执行。
