释义	律师分析：合同内容有错误并不一定是无效的，但双方当事人经过协商一致重新达成合意的可以对其错误条款进行修改，修改之后合同依然可以有效。如果不能达成一致进行修改的，其合同才认定为无效。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。第一百四十七条基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
