释义	法律分析：墓地的使用权并不是永久性，是有一定的时间限度的，一般为五十年或者七十年。根据我国法律规定，公墓的墓穴管理费，即护墓费，一次性收费最长不得超过二十年。但是并不是使用权限只有二十年，只是以二十年为一个收费周期，二十年之后仍可以继续续费使用，如果没有续费，则墓地就到期了。法律依据：《公墓管理暂行办法》第十六条未经批准，公益性公墓不得对外经营殡仪业务。经营性公墓的墓穴管理费一次性收取最长不得超过二十年。墓穴地要节约。
