释义	法律分析：已经逮捕，说明检察院已经认定涉嫌犯罪，一般是很难再放出来的。但是人民检察院在审查起诉时，认为证据不足，不符合起诉条件依照刑法规定应当不起诉、不需要判处刑罚或者免除刑罚的，可以释放犯罪犯罪嫌疑人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第九十五条犯罪嫌疑人、被告人被逮捕后，人民检察院仍应当对羁押的必要性进行审查。对不需要继续羁押的，应当建议予以释放或者变更强制措施。有关机关应当在十日以内将处理情况通知人民检察院。
