释义	法律分析：注销的企业不能恢复。注销的企业丧失了其民事主体的资格，不能参与任何民事活动。如果当事人要开办企业的，可以申请设立新的公司；如果要追索债务的，只有在清算组成员未依法进行清算便办理注销登记时，才能追究其责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百八十八条公司清算结束后，清算组应当制作清算报告，报股东会、股东大会或者人民法院确认，并报送公司登记机关，申请注销公司登记，公告公司终止。
