释义	法律分析：营业执照注销了不能复原了。工商执照被注销后，经营行为原则上就已经停止了,包括负的债务、银行户头、税务登记等也已经注销了。因此，营业执照注销了是不能恢复的，但是可以重新注册营业执照，在注册营业执照时，原登记名称无人使用的，可以继续使用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国个体工商户登记管理办法》第十三条申请个体工商户登记，申请人或者其委托的代理人可以直接到经营场所所在地登记机关登记；登记机关委托其下属工商所办理个体工商户登记的，到经营场所所在地工商所登记。
