高速公路停车被追尾是谁的责任？ |

法律分析：
1、在前车正常驾驶情况下，后车因为车速过快、精神不集中等原因，冲上来造成追尾事故的。汽车追尾的责任由后车负全责。
2、在道路行驶时，前车突然倒车导致的追尾事故。由前车负全责。因为错过了转弯路口，而强行在道路上倒车行驶，往往会导致后车反应不及而发生追尾碰撞。如果后车车速过快，极容易造成车毁人亡的结局。汽车追尾的责任由前车负全责。
3、在当前车行驶在斜坡上突然死火，未能及时拉手刹或踩刹车，而后车距离较近时就容易造成溜车追尾。也有可能是新手在斜坡上堵车，因为斜坡起步的操作不当而溜车发生碰撞。汽车追尾的责任由前车负全责。
4、在正常行驶的道路上停车，导致追尾事故的由前车负全责。在正常通行的道路上停车，是非常容易导致追尾事故的，尤其是在车速较快的路段和高速公路上。如果因为车子故障而被迫停在路上，也请在车子后面放置三角警示牌并开启双闪灯。否则汽车追尾的责任由前车负全责。
5、前车超长且未按规定设置明显警示标志，形成的追尾交通事故，前车承担事故次要责任，后车承担事故主要责任6、前车倒车或溜车撞后车形成的追尾交通事故，前车承担事故全部责任。

《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》 第九十条 机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
