释义	法律分析：看企业发放工资的具体方式，有些能发放下来，有些不能或者是周末银行不上班，公司会计也不上班，所以工资不发。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第六条用人单位应将工资支付给劳动者本人。劳动者本人因故不能领取工资时，可由其亲属或委托他人代领。第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
