释义	法律分析：合同手动修改经属于合同变更行为，经合同当事人协商达成一致的，达成后对修改事项双方签字确认即产生效力。法律规定，补充协议是主合同的补充具有与主合同相同效力。原合同并未消灭，仅是被变更部分的效力发生变化，即原合同未变更的部分依然有效，被变更的部分不再有效，而是代由变更后的部分发生效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。第五百四十四条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
