释义	法律分析：物业出具的居住证明是有效的，但没有法律意义上的效力。一般物业只给业主(购房合同或者房产证上的所有权人)开具的是业主在本小区居住的证明，然后由业主去辖区社区居委会或派出所开具正式的居住证明。要是所用的居住证明是业主房屋的同住人员，还要带户口本的。法律依据：《居住证暂行条例》第二条公民离开常住户口所在地，到其他城市居住半年以上，符合有合法稳定就业、合法稳定住所、连续就读条件之一的，可以依照本条例的规定申领居住证。
