释义	任何单位和个人不得从非法集资中获取经济利益；非法集资人、非法集资协助人应当向集资参与人清退集资资金；因参与非法集资受到的损失，由集资参与人自行承担。法律依据：《防范和处置非法集资条例》第三条本条例所称非法集资人，是指发起、主导或者组织实施非法集资的单位和个人；所称非法集资协助人，是指明知是非法集资而为其提供帮助并获取经济利益的单位和个人。《防范和处置非法集资条例》自2021年5月1日起施行。
