释义	法律分析：我国法律仅规定：询问笔录，法律文书送达、宣告过程中当事人拒绝签字的，承办人员说明情况并签字的，不影响法律效力。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第二百零一条讯问笔录应当交犯罪嫌疑人核对或者向他宣读。如果记录有遗漏或者差错，应当允许犯罪嫌疑人补充或者更正，并捺指印。笔录经犯罪嫌疑人核对无误后，应当由其在笔录上逐页签名、捺指印，并在末页写明“以上笔录我看过(或向我宣读过)，和我说的相符”。拒绝签名、捺指印的，侦查人员应当在笔录上注明。
